water transfer

We are a full service Water Transfer division that is made up of; Water Transfer service, ROW service, Water and Permitting service. Our Water Transfer service is made up of an experienced field staff that operate year round in all weather conditions.

We own 100+ miles of layflat hose, 10X8 Pioneer pumps, and we operate a Midland Carrier Deployment system to mobilize layflat. Our ROW and permitting service provides all State and ROW permitting required to provide the frac site. We install and monitor telecommunications to the State from all required water sources.

crane division

TEK offers an experienced team to help our customer’s move a wide variety of equipment ranging from pumping units, pipe, heavy equipment, tank batteries, buildings, workover rig equipment, and other equipment that supports the oilfield. Our team is also experienced in construction as far as setting rafters, steel erection, houses, etc.

We have cranes that range from 23 ton to 140 ton with capabilities of reaching over 200’. Our cranes are operated by NCCCO certified operators to help move the job along at a safe and efficient pace. Our rigging is all certified and annually certified by a third party rigging company. We have spreader bars that are rated up to 100,000 pounds and can extend to 30’.

winch/haul

We have wide-tail winch trucks with 40-ton winches on the bed. Our fleet of haul trucks range from 3 to 4 axle semis for heavier or over-sized loads and 1 ton dually pick-ups for the lighter loads. Our trailer fleet consists of straight deck trailers up to 53’, step deck trailers from 48’-53’, 53’ 3 position scissor-necks, low boy trailer with a 35’ deck, and gooseneck trailers.

Our dispatch office is experienced in the online permitting system to haul all types of over dimensional loads throughout North Dakota, Montana, South Dakota, and the uniform counties in North Dakota. We utilize various safety accessories such as pipe bunks, tank skids to haul production tanks, and load levelers for the longer loads.

 

Workover rig

TEK’s Workover Division is comprised of 18 new model 500 series service rigs outfitted with 104’ API certified masts, 240,000 – 250,000 lbs. rated pulling capacities, raiseable operator stands to accommodate elevated stack heights and snubbing operations, and Posi-Stop crown/floor savers for additional safety.

Our units offer the ability to service a wide range of needs throughout the full life of the well bore. This includes completion operations such as drill outs, clean outs, rod and tubing production maintenance, recompletes, casing repair and plug and abandonment.

To fully complement our fleet of rigs, we also offer a full line of new supporting ancillary equipment including triplex pumps, open top flat tanks with hydraulic shaker systems, hydraulic pipe handlers, power swivels, casing equipment and standalone 40’ engineered base beams. We offer our services in both daylight and 24-hour work schedules and can custom fit specific equipment packages to suit the needs of our customers.

hot oil

Our Hot Oil division at ND Energy includes an experienced, knowledgeable staff using top of the line equipment across our fleet of 6K, 10K,and 15K Kenworth T800 trucks capable of handling any and all high pressure jobs. Our fleet is compatible with all workover rigs.  We also utilize a hydro blaster to open plugged flowlines with parraffin, sand and/or salt.

Our capabilities include but are not limited to acid pumping, pressure testing tube, test lubricators, casing tests up to 10,000 PSI and beyond, flowline tests, slide sleeves, super core fill and tests, and freshwater chemical treatments. 

tank rentals

We have over 70 upright 400 barrel skidded tanks for rent that we can move with our winch fleet. The tanks have ladders with a folding ladder cage. Additionally, we have both insulated and non-insulated 500 barrel frac tanks.
